Intel Security had bought the software security company McAfee, including it's online consumer tech support product TechMaster. I was brought in to BLAC agency as main designer, tasked with aligning the website and brand identity more closely with those of the other Intel Security online products. This needed to be balanced with maintaining brand recognition of McAfee so as to not alienate existing customers.
A fully responsive website was designed and built within a very tight timeframe, including new logotype and a simplified user journey. The USP of the service is that a technician dials directly into your computer to fix any problem, so we also came up with the concept of 'your own personal IT department' that fixes your computer from inside. Also designed was a concept for a small welcome pack including membership card and USB drive with prominent helpline number.
